Bluegrass Software Solutions is based in Louisville, Kentucky. We work with PVA offices, county government, and growing businesses to ship custom software that staff trust and leadership can measure.
Our mission
Replace painful workflows with software people actually want to use.
For years, Kentucky offices have relied on FTP transfers, manual spreadsheets, and walk-in paperwork. We've spent that same time inside those offices learning how the work actually flows — and building the systems that fix it.
Today the PVA Portal is in production at Louisville Metro PVA, handling online appeals, document management, and inter-office data exchange every day. The systems we build are designed to be boring in the best way: dependable, observable, and quietly making the day easier.
